As part of the “Creation of a VET Model (Vocational Education and Training) “, the “Farming Trainer Training Tool” has now been launched!

The “Train-the-Trainers” course is specially designed for individuals who will train others in the field of social farming. Its main focus is to build trainers’ capacity to:

  • Effectively teach and support future social farming practitioners,

  • Design and implement training programs,

  • Foster inclusion and social integration through agricultural practices.

By the end of the training modules, participating trainers will:

✔️ Have a thorough understanding of social farming principles, its benefits, and its wider societal impact.
✔️ Be equipped with practical skills to design and deliver effective training courses for future practitioners.
✔️ Be skilled in creating inclusive environments and applying advanced methods for engaging and supporting vulnerable groups.
✔️ Be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of both their training programs and the operations of social farms they support.

These modules emphasize the dual role of the trainer as both educator and leader, ensuring they are well-prepared to guide others in developing successful social farming initiatives.
