
Social Farmers Training Tool
The FARM’IN project focuses on transforming vocational and technical training (VET) in the agricultural sector by introducing an advanced training model in social farming.

Part of the “Creation of a VET model (Vocational Education and Training) for Social Farming operators” is the “Farming TrainerTraining Tool”.
This course is designed for individuals who will be training others in social farming. The focus is on building the trainers’ capacity to effectively teach and support participants, design programs, and foster inclusion.
PURPOSE: The training course for trainers focuses on equipping educators with the knowledge, methodologies, and tools needed to effectively train others in the field of social farming. This program aims to build their capacity to foster professional development while integrating social inclusion principles into agricultural practices.
- The training course for trainers involves 30 total hours led by one teacher. This is part of the preparation phase for trainers who will later train operators.The training course for trainers consists of 3 Modules:
