The Project
The FARM’IN project aims to improve the quality and level of innovation of the vocational and technical training (VET) system by creating and implementing an advanced training model in social farming (addressed to social farming operators), targeting to offer innovative didactic pathways; moreover FARM’IN intends to bring about a significant change in the way vocational training is conceived and implemented in the agricultural sector, through the development of a VET pilot course guidelines to ensure it becomes a replicable model and adaptable on a European Scale, with a focus on social and environmental dynamics and inclusive aims.
Amongst the expected results of FARM’IN are included the following:
1. Development of Innovative Training Models

● Training participants to acquire the skills and tools necessary for fostering labour integration and supporting individuals in vulnerable situations, including those with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds.
● Equipping professionals with competencies to address social and environmental challenges while contributing to the European Green Pact objectives.
