Social Farmers Training Tool

Social Farmers Training Tool

Part of the “Creation of a VET model  (Vocational Education and Training) for Social Farming operators” is the
“Farming Trainer Training Tool” addressed to Trainers.

Output Description

This "Train-the-Traininer" course is designed for individuals who will be training others in social farming. The focus is on building the trainers’ capacity to effectively teach and support participants, design programs, and foster inclusion.

By the end of the training modules, trainers will:

Have a thorough understanding of social farming principles, its benefits, and its broader impact.

Be equipped with practical skills to design and deliver effective training programs for future practitioners.

Be skilled in fostering inclusive environments and applying advanced methods for working with vulnerable groups.

Be capable of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of both their training programs and the social farms they support.

These modules emphasize the trainer’s dual role as an educator and leader, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to guide others in building successful social farming initiatives.
